Rib Bloomfield is a professional internationally renowned artist. Originally from London he has now lived in Kent for many years.

Precise, elegant, skilfully executed Rib’s work is sophisticated modern contemporary.  He is fascinated by skyscape, texture and antiquity which informs his vision and translates through into his work. This is true of his exquisitely textured rings, his carefully constructed sculptures and three-dimensional paintings, to his meticulously presented skyscape drawings. Rib works diligently to create a visual sense of depth and richness of texture in his work.

Rib has exhibited extensively across Nordic and European countries, as well as in South America, the USA, and Japan. His diverse and prestigious clientele includes figures such as Sir Paul McCartney, Elton John, and Rick Wright of Pink Floyd, along with major corporations like Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Goldman Sachs, and Citibank.

Now settled in a new studio, Rib continues to evolve his artistic journey, expanding his repertoire to include textured graphite drawings, painting,  intricate jewellery designs, wood sculptures, textile reliefs, and innovative mixed media works. His practice remains grounded in craftsmanship and curiosity, constantly pushing boundaries while remaining true to his refined aesthetic.
